We ship all orders within 3 business days, but in most cases it takes less than 24 hours from the time you place the order till it’s picked, packed and processed - though with the exception of weekends and public holidays. The shop is only open for purchase in Europe and we ship solely to European countries.
All packages are shipped with GLS Denmark who requires a signature upon receipt. If you aren’t around when the driver attempts to deliver your package, he’ll either try again later or leave a note in your mailbox with instructions on how to schedule a second delivery attampt or where to collect it. GLS delivers on business days between 8.00 and 16.00 CET, which is why we recommend setting your work place as shipping address. As soon as the package has been handed over to GLS Denmark, Bruun & Stengade can’t be held responsible for delays that occur during transport.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible, but once in a while there may be information on the website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing and/or availability. We reserve the right to change and correct these as soon as we become aware of them.
People affected by this will of course be contacted immideately. In case you’ve ordered something that's out of stock due to errors in our inventory count, we’ll offer you an alternative syle by e-mail a.s.a.p.
In case you receive a product that isn’t in accordance with the description, please contact Customer Service and explain the discrepancy in order for us to arrange and take back the product(s) concerned at our expense.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) concerned within 14 days of receipt. The original hang tag must be attached to the item and the item must be packed in its original packaging. Items that have been worn will be rejected and sent back immediately.
Costs associated with freight to our warehouse due to returns are at your own expense.
The refund of the product(s) you’d like to return will be transferred to the account the payment was originally witdrawn from within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.

ALL returns MUST be sent to the warehouse. Returns delivered personally at the warehouse and in Bruun & Stengades flagship stores will be rejected.
We recommend using a freight service that delivers during normal business hours, aswell as insures the value of the content of the package. Bruun & Stengade can’t be held responsible for items that are lost during transport from you to our warehouse.
If you, contrary to expectations, receive something you didn’t order or if something should be missing in the box, please contact Customer Service.

We check all items for faults prior to shipment, but should you find something we haven’t, please let us know by contacting Customer Service - preferably by e-mail with an image attached showing the fault. Please be aware that we must be notified about defective items within 7 days of receipt.
All goods bought at www.bruunogstengade.dk are covered by a 2-year warranty under the Sale of Goods Act upon presentation of valid receipt. Complaints returned within the warranty period will be repaired, replaced or refunded (value at time of purchase) depending on type of complaint.
