Returns

Wasn't quite right for you? Don't worry – we’ve made returning easy.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your order. After that, you have an additional 16 days to register your return via our return portal. You can read more about the right of withdrawal here.

Note: Exchanges are only offered for orders from Denmark and Sweden. For EU orders, we only offer returns for a refund.

To initiate a return, please use the return portal for the market where your order was purchased:

Return costs will be deducted from your refund amount:

DK: 39 DKK
SE: 49 SEK
EU: 9 EUR

Please note that only items purchased on this webshop can be returned or exchanged via our return portal.

To process your return, you will need the email address used for the order and your order number. The order number can be found on your order confirmation and must be entered without spaces.

Remember to keep your drop-off receipt. Unfortunately, without it, we cannot assist you if the package goes missing during transit.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges via our return portal for orders from Denmark and Sweden. Simply select the "Exchange" option.

• Exchanges are valid only for a different size – not for a different item.
• You may exchange an item once per order. Order
• The desired item is not reserved during processing.
• If the item is sold out, the amount will be refunded.

If you purchased an item on sale, it can be exchanged at the price stated on your order confirmation.

Return conditions

The following conditions apply to returns:

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
• They must be unused and appear as new.
• They must be returned in their original packaging and securely packed.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount for depreciation in value if the item does not meet the above criteria.

We do not accept returns of items that:

• Have been used
• Have been washed
• Have been exposed to smoke
• Smell of perfume or other strong odors
• Are not securely packaged

Refund

Once your return meets our conditions, we will refund the amount within 14 days of receipt.

If the conditions are not met, we may reject the return or reduce the refund amount.

Alternative return method

If you wish to use a different shipping carrier, you must still register your return in our portal. We cannot process your return without registration.

Claims

If you have received a defective item, please send an email to webshop@bruunogstengade.dk with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos. We will process your inquiry as soon as possible.
